A Manor Farm birthday is one to remember. Take your pick from one of three types of party, then let the fun begin! 

  • Animal Experience Party. Choose from: Donkey rides out in the Paddock (weight limit 6 stone/ 38kg), Owl holding at Hoots Hollows (ages four and over) or Small animal petting in the Animal Chat Room, followed by free play and a birthday tea. 

  • Classic Party. Enjoy time on the farm with a party tea.
  • After School Party. Celebrate with a party tea and fun on the The Burrows Play Area. 

Animal Experience Parties

Animal Experience Parties are two hours long and cost £18.50 per child (rising to £20 when booked on one of our event days). The minimum number of childen required for an Animal Experience Party is 12 and the maximum number of children is 20. 

When you book an animal experience party you can choose from: 

- Donkey rides* out in the Paddock (weight limit 6 stone/ 38kg), 

- Owl holding at Hoots Hollows (ages four and over)

 - Small animal petting in the Animal Chat Room. 

On the day of the party, once everyone has arrived we begin with your chosen animal activity, for approximately 30 minutes. After the animal activity, if the weather is fine, children will be able to feed the ducks or goats before heading down to the Fort Adventure Playground or the Indoor Playbarn. We allow around 45 minutes for free play, followed by 45 minutes for a birthday tea in our party room, which is just inside the farm's main entrance.  

Party bags for each child are included in the price, with an option to upgrade to a premium party bag. A link for a downloadable party invite is emailed to you as soon as your booking is agreed, again with an option to upgrade to printed invites if you would like to. 

Also included in the price is one accompanying adult for each party guest and four accompanying adults for the birthday girl or boy. Additional children up to a total of 20 children can be included on your booking after your party has been confirmed, but all amends must be made by seven days before the party date. 

Before and after the party, you and your guests are welcome to stay on the farm for the whole day.

* Please be aware if you select a donkey riding party, you will be asked to choose another ANIMAL EXPERIENCE as your back-up option in case of wet weather.

Classic Parties

Classic Parties are two hours long and cost £13.50 per child (rising to £15 when booked on one of our event days). The minimum number of children required for a Classic Party is 12 and the maximum number of children is 20. 

On the day of the party, once everyone has arrived you will be able to explore the farm, see the animals and enjoy the outdoor and indoor play areas before heading back to the party room by the main entrance for a party tea. The party room will be yours for 45 minutes. 

Included in the price is one accompanying adult for each party guest and four accompanying adults for the birthday girl or boy. Additional children up to a total of 20 children can be included on your booking after your party has been confirmed, but all amends must be made by seven days before the party date. 

Before and after the party, you and your guests are welcome to stay on the farm for the whole day.

After school parties

After school parties can be booked from 3.45pm to 5.15pm Monday to Friday and cost £10.50 per child. The minimum number of children required for an After School Party is 12 and the maximum number of children is 20. 

On the day of the party, children will be able to play on The Burrows Play Area, before enjoying a birthday tea in the party room, which is by the main entrance. The party room will be yours for the duration of the party and you will be offered a key so that you can secure the room whilst it's not in use (£10 refundable deposit).

Included in the price is one accompanying adult for each party guest and four accompanying adults for the birthday girl or boy. Additional children up to a total of 20 children can be included on your booking after your party has been confirmed, but all amends must be made by seven days before the party date. 

Please note that this party does not allow children to go beyond The Burrows Play Area onto the farm.

On the day of your party, please arrive 15 minutes before the time your party starts. One of our party leaders will meet you in the main entrance. Whilst you wait for everyone to arrive, if the weather is fine children can play in The Burrows Play Area. Your child’s presents will be collected as guests arrive and stored in the main entrance for collection after the party. If you have ordered one from us, it will be delivered to the party room ahead of your arrival. If you are bringing your own birthday cake, you will be able to leave it in the party room. 

Each party guest is welcome to bring one adult. This is in addition to the four adults accompanying the birthday child. Please be aware that any party guests arriving with siblings or additional adults not included on the booking will be charged the full entrance price. Accompanying adults are required to stay with the party at all times and all children, in particular childcare and toileting, remain the responsibility of the adults in the party group for the duration of the party. 

The children’s party tea includes: selection of sandwiches (jam, ham, cheese, chocolate spread), sausage rolls, cheesy rolls, crisps, a selection of fruit and vegetable sticks, raisins, mini fairy cakes, ice cream tubs, biscuits, plus jugs of water and squash. We are happy to accommodate any dietary requirements, including allergies – please let us know about this when making the booking.

Finally, if you’re bringing your own cake, we can supply a cake knife, matches and serviettes if cutting for party bags. All you need to bring is the cake and the candles. 

Please note: 
-    We don’t allow balloons or streamers because they can scare our animals.
