When you buy a Children's VIP ticket, little ones will select a festive character and bring it to life by adding the stuffing, placing the heart inside and giving their new cuddly friend a squeeze, ready to take home in a special drawstring bag.

Our Christmas event will be running:
- Saturday 29 & Sunday 30 November 2025. Farm open from 9.30am to 5pm. Woodland Wonderland open from 10am to 1.30pm and from 2.15pm to 4.45pm.
- Weekends from 6 December 2025. Farm open from 9.30am to 6pm. Woodland Wonderland open from 10am to 1.30pm, then from 2.15pm to 5.45pm.
- Monday 22 & Tuesday 23 December 2025. Farm open from 9.30am to 6pm. Woodland Wonderland open from 10am to 1.30pm, then from 2.15pm to 5.45pm.
- Christmas Eve 24 December. Farm open from 9.30am to 2pm.Woodland Wonderland open from 10am to 1.45pm.
When you book tickets, you will be asked to select a time-slot - this is your estimated time to see Santa, this is not the time you should arrive at the farm. We will be open from 9.30am daily and you are welcome to spend the whole day with us, with the exception of Christmas Eve when we will be closing at 2pm.
Tickets to see Santa are sold in fifteen-minute blocks, meaning the time you see Santa could be fifteen minutes later than the time shown on your ticket.
When the Woodland Wonderland closes for lunch between 1.30pm and 2.15pm, the rest of the farm will remain open as normal.

Please note, on Christmas Eve the Woodland Wonderland will close at 1.45pm. The farm park will close at 2pm.

Indoor adventure play for all ages
For all-weather fun, take time out in our Indoor Playbarn, Nottinghamshire's LARGEST indoor play centre.
Children will love climbing aboard the pirate ship, discovering the secret rooms in the spooky castle, riding on the pedal-karts and playing football.
Our multi-level indoor adventure play area is suitable for all ages, with soft play equipment, three huge slides and fun ball cannons, along with a dedicated role play area and soft play for under fives.
Also for our younger visitors, there is a dedicated carpeted area in the centre of the Playbarn, with toys especially for under fours. Socks must be worn at all times.

A day outdoors
Children will love our two outdoor playgrounds and the 25 acres of wide open spaces, safe for little ones to run around and explore.
Why not treat yourself to lunch in either Antlers Bistro or the Laughing Donkey Cafe. Or, if you'd like to bring a picnic, you'll find lots of picnic benches around the farm, as well as by the indoor adventure play area (not in the Cafe though please).

The woodlands and Santa's Grotto are suitable for wheelchairs. Regular-sized mobility scooters can be used in the woodlands but unfortunately cannot be taken into Santa's Grotto. Wherever possible, we ask that pushchairs are not taken into Santa's Grotto.

Have a professional family photograph with Santa (available on the day of your visit only) - prices start from £10. You're also very welcome to take your own photos if you prefer.
- Try skating on our artificial ice skating rink - additional £2 paid on the day. Wheelchairs are very welcome. Last session at 4pm.
- Enjoy owl holding* from 11am to midday and from 1.15pm to 3pm - additional £1 per person paid on the day. Under fours are asked to hold the owls by placing their hand beneath an adult's hand. (On Monday 22nd December, owl holding will be replaced by a falconry taster at 11am and 1.15pm.)
- Ride the Christmas carousel - additional £2.50 per child paid on the day.
- Our Woodland Shack will be open serving hot food, drinks, marshmallow skewers and delicous s'mores for toasting on our fire pit.

Adults with Membership continue to visit free of charge.

For children with Membership, tickets are either £19.45 or £21.45 depending on the day of your visit and include a visit to Santa, a gift and all the activities in the 'Woodland Wonderland'.
Visits must be booked online in advance.
Frequently Asked Questions
- Do I need to book a ticket in advance? Yes, our Christmas event requires pre-booking.
- When can I visit? The farm will be open from 9.30am daily. You are welcome to be on the farm all day, with the exception of Christmas Eve when we will be closing at 2pm.
- What does the time on my ticket mean? The time on your ticket is for your visit to Santa. Grotto tickets are sold in fifteen minute blocks, meaning your visit to see Santa may be 15 minutes later than the time on the ticket.
- Do we need to arrive early to see Santa? Please don't join the queue to visit Santa until the time on your ticket. Please allow at least 30 minutes to get from the entrance to Santa's Woodland Grotto. There is a play area and animals to see on the way, so do take your time and enjoy our facilities.
- What time can I go into the Woodland Wonderland? The woodland will be open from 10am to 1.30pm and from 2.15pm 4.45pm in November and until 5.45pm in December, with the exception of Christmas Eve when the farm closes at 2pm. There is no limit on the number of times you can enter the woodlands. On arrival, each child will receive a Christmas Passport, which enables them to do each activity once. This includes decorating gingerbread with Mrs Claus, making reindeer food, writing a letter to Santa, enjoying Christmas toast and watching the pantomime in the playbarn.
- Do I need to pay for parking? Parking is free of charge and does not need to booked in advance.
- Are dogs allowed on the farm? Registered guide dogs are welcome. Unfortunately we do not allow other dogs on the farm, nor in Antlers Bistro.
- Can I change the date and/or time of my booking? No, unfortunately orders cannot be amended once made and tickets are neither refundable, nor transferrable to a different date or time.
- Can I visit the farm during the Christmas event without booking to see Santa? On the eleven dates when our Christmas event is running, it is not possible to book general admission to the farm without a Santa visit.
- What can I do whilst the Woodland Wonderland is closed for lunch? Whilst Santa and his elves have something to eat and warm up their cold toes between 1.30pm and 2.15pm, it's a good opportunity to explore the outdoor and indoor play areas, as well as the World of Dinosaur Roar! Discovery Trail.
- What time are you closing on Christmas Eve? The farm will be closing at 2pm on Saturday 24th December 2022.
- My child has a Membership, do they need to pay to visit? Yes. Our Christmas event dates are one of the few times when Membership does not offer children free admission to the farm park and woodlands, even if you do not wish to visit Santa or the Woodland Wonderland.
- Will you be open between Christmas and New Year? No, we will reopen on Friday 2nd January 2025.
