We currently have the following initiatives at Manor Farm.
 
Accessibility at Manor Farm Park & Woodlands
At Manor Farm Park & Woodlands, we believe every guest deserves a safe, welcoming and joyful experience. We’re committed to making our attractions, facilities and programming as accessible and inclusive as possible whether you're visiting with mobility aids, sensory needs or additional support requirements.
 
Arrival & Parking

• Disabled parking bays are available near the main entrance on tarmac, with overflow parking on gravel and grass.
• The main entrance, ticket office, Antlers Bistro and gift shop are all at ground level with step-free access.
• Floodlighting in the main car park is being installed in teh fourth quarter of 2025 for visibility during darker hours.

 
Navigation & Facilities

• The park is largely outdoors with Breedon gravel paths and rubber-matted grass walkways.
• Most areas are wheelchair accessible, though some paths (e.g. to the Owl Centre) include gentle slopes. Alternative routes are available.
• Accessible toilets are located near the entrance and in key areas across the site.

 
Attractions & Experiences

• The Main Animal Barn has a level concrete floor and is fully covered.
• Staff are trained to support guests with additional needs and are happy to assist with animal interactions and activities.
• Sensory-friendly programming is available during select events - please check our website or contact us in advance.

 
Ticketing & Support

• We partner with Nimbus Disability to offer a Digital Access Pass (DAP) and support Access Card holders.
• Guests with access needs can apply for tailored ticketing options and reasonable adjustments via our Access Registration Scheme.
• Pre-booking is recommended to ensure appropriate support is available, especially during busy periods.
