Golden Days at Manor Farm – Terms & Conditions

Promotion Period:

This promotional offer (“Golden Days at Manor Farm”) runs from 18 August 2025 to 31 August 2025, inclusive.
 
Eligibility Criteria:

• Entry is open to all paying guests who attend Manor Farm Park & Woodlands during the promotion period.
• Guests must retain proof of entry (e.g. ticket, booking confirmation, or receipt) to validate prize claims.
• Only one entry per guest per day is permitted.
• Employees, contractors, suppliers, and immediate family members of Manor Farm Park & Woodlands are excluded from participation.

 
Daily Prize Allocation:

Each day, one eligible guest will be selected at random to receive either:

• A free return pass valid for one visit before 31 December 2026, OR
• Entry into the Lifetime Membership Draw.

Daily winners will be notified on-site, via email, or phone (if contact details are provided), and may be announced via official Manor Farm Park & Woodlands social media channels.

 
Lifetime Membership Draw:

All guests selected for entry into the Lifetime Membership Draw will be pooled for a final draw.

The winner will be announced on 3 September 2025 via social media and contacted directly.

The Lifetime Membership entitles the named individual to free standard admission for life, subject to:

• Park opening hours and seasonal closures
• Standard Park rules, health & safety policies, and guest conduct expectations
• Exclusions may apply for separately ticketed events, group bookings, or third-party experiences

The membership is non-transferable, non-refundable, and holds no cash value.

Manor Farm Park & Woodlands reserves the right to revoke membership in cases of misuse, breach of park rules, or reputational harm.

Data Protection & Consent:

By entering, guests consent to the collection and use of their personal data for the purposes of administering the promotion.

Winners may be asked to participate in promotional activity (e.g. photography, testimonials), and consent will be obtained prior to publication.

All personal data will be handled in accordance with the Manor Farm Park & Woodlands Privacy Policy and applicable UK data protection laws.

 
Liability & Disclaimers:

Manor Farm Park & Woodlands accepts no responsibility for lost, delayed, incomplete, or corrupted entries.

The business is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage incurred during participation in the promotion or use of the prizes.

Prizes are awarded “as is” and cannot be exchanged, sold, or substituted.

Manor Farm Park & Woodlands reserves the right to:

• Modify, suspend, or cancel the promotion at any time without prior notice
• Disqualify any entrant found to be tampering with the entry process or acting in breach of these terms
• Withhold prizes if eligibility criteria are not met or if fraudulent activity is suspected

 
Governing Law:

This promotion and its terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
