National Pig Day

Celebrate National Pig Day here on the farm.

Join us on Friday 1st March 2024 to celebrate everything about our fabulous pigs! 

You'll find us in East Leake, LE12 6LU, on the borders of Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire and Leicestershire. The farm will be open from 10am to 5pm. To learn all about pigs, meet at 11:15am or 2pm by the Donkey Yard, opposite the entrance to the Animal Chat Room. 

• Meet Felicity and Penelope, our Kunekune pigs, along with Doris and Deidre our Kunekune crossed with Pot-bellied pigs. 
• Listen to our 'Learn about Pigs' talk. 
• Watch the pigs eat their treats - delicious fruit and vegetables dangling on a string.
• Enjoy animal petting. 
• Watch a flying display (weather permitting). 
• Hold an owl (additional £1). 
• Visit our smaller animals in the Animal Chat Room. 
• Say hello to our bigger animals out in the paddocks. 
• See our tortoises in the Tortoise Room. 
• Follow The World of Dinosaur Roar! Discovery Trail in our woodlands. 
• Explore our Indoor Playbarn with adventure play for all ages. 
• Have fun in our outdoor playground.
