National Parrot Day

31st May 2024

Join us on the farm to celebrate National Parrot Day!

On Friday 31st May, say hello to our Cockatiels, Dee & Frankie, and Peanut & Pickle. And meet Louie, our Catalina Macaw Parrot, sometimes known as a Rainbow Parrot.

Aged 41, Louie is one of the oldest animals on the farm and he’s been with us at Manor Farm Park & Woodlands since 1997. Louie loves to be noisy, often shouting or saying hello to our visitors! Find out more at our ‘Learn about parrots’ talk taking place at 1.30pm.

Also available within the cost of general admission on Friday 31st May:

  • Meet a real-life ‘Vonnie the Velociraptor'!
  • Meet ‘Squeak’ - our friendly little Compsognathus.
  • Learn to be a palaeontologist - unearth dinosaur skeletons, find fossils and collect your ‘Junior Palaeontologist’ certificate.

Book online for our best prices and to avoid disappointment. On busy days, tickets to visit the farm are often sold out.
